紅外自動(dòng)大理石花崗巖切割機(jī)是在底座上設(shè)置軌道作直線運(yùn)動(dòng)，帶動(dòng)金剛石圓鋸片，紅外切割刀片確定被切割石材的尺寸和直線度，并保證切割軌道按照直線運(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)行石材板材切割加工的一種設(shè)備。

本機(jī)采用PLC控制，切割尺寸由計(jì)算機(jī)終端數(shù)字輸入，所有操作可手動(dòng)或由計(jì)算機(jī)程序自動(dòng)完成；控制面板位于機(jī)器右側(cè)，方便操作人員在放板時(shí)對(duì)機(jī)器進(jìn)行調(diào)整；面板上有操作按鈕、編碼器和液晶顯示；本機(jī)最多可同時(shí)設(shè)置8種不同的切割尺寸，每種尺寸最多可重復(fù)9999次，并可設(shè)置多次下刀。切割模式;配備紅外刀儀，可準(zhǔn)確定位；切割進(jìn)給速度由變頻器調(diào)節(jié)；鋸片由電機(jī)直接驅(qū)動(dòng)，可由液壓傳動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)，自動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)90°；最大可切割3200mm × 2000mm板材；工作臺(tái)可承重600kg，可轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)0°~ 85°。支撐架與機(jī)架一體，可快速安裝使用，移動(dòng)方便，無(wú)需提前搭建混凝土基礎(chǔ)。
