本機采用PLC控制，切割尺寸由計算機終端數字輸入，所有操作可手動或由計算機程序自動完成；控制面板位于機器右側，方便操作人員在放板時對機器進行調整；面板上有操作按鈕、編碼器和液晶顯示；本機最多可同時設置8種不同的切割尺寸，每種尺寸最多可重復9999次，并可設置多次下刀。切割模式;配備紅外刀儀，可準確定位；切割進給速度由變頻器調節；鋸片由電機直接驅動，可由液壓傳動驅動，自動旋轉90°；最大可切割3200mm × 2000mm板材；工作臺可承重600kg，可轉動0°~ 85°。支撐架與機架一體，可快速安裝使用，移動方便，無需提前搭建混凝土基礎。
